Remember this?

It’s happening again!

And after three decades of staggering growth in China,  economists are talking of a different sort of bottleneck. Could the 60 mile traffic jam that lasted 11 days on the Beijing-Tibet highway be the tipping point that jolts the Chinese authorities? China surely cannot keep up its present pace of growth. It is unsustainable in so many ways.
